The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in three elegant bedrooms and features three bathrooms, and 2 sofa beds at living rooms , a fully equipped kitchen, spacious indoor living areas, and multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment. At the heart of the garden lies the private freshwater swimming pool, beautifully finished with Greek white marble and surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and relaxing seating areas. Nearby, the outdoor Jacuzzi, set beneath a romantic flower-covered gazebo, offers the perfect setting for hydrotherapy, wellness, and peaceful evenings under the stars.

Guests can enjoy outdoor dining in two separate locations: beneath the pergola beside the traditional stone BBQ or under the shade of the trees overlooking the pool. Whether sharing breakfast with family, enjoying a barbecue with friends, or sipping a glass of local wine in the illuminated garden, every moment becomes a memorable experience.

Located on the 2nd level, the Master Bedroom offers exceptional privacy and beautiful panoramic views of the garden and private pool. The room can be configured according to guests’ needs with a king-size bed, or a king-size bed plus a single bed, or three single beds, or three single beds with an additional sofa bed.

The spacious en-suite bathroom features both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment.

Guests can enjoy two private balconies. The main balcony is furnished with a table and director-style chairs overlooking the lush garden, while the second balcony offers panoramic views of both the garden and swimming pool, creating the perfect setting for a morning coffee or an evening drink.

Located on the elevated ground floor, this bright and comfortable bedroom offers direct access to the garden and outdoor living areas.

The room can be prepared with either one king-size bed or two single beds according to guest preference. A private furnished balcony overlooking the garden provides a tranquil space to unwind, while the adjacent bathroom with shower offers convenience and comfort.

Living Room Sleeping Area

The spacious living room comfortably accommodates up to 2 additional guests on two of the three premium sofa beds, each offering the dimensions and comfort of a standard single bed (200 × 90 cm).

Blackout blinds ensure complete darkness day and night, and a discreet curtain separates the living room from the rest of the villa — a private sleeping area that preserves the open, elegant character of the home.
